What types of lessons are available?
Private: One teacher with an individual or couple
(45 minutes)
Group: One teacher with 4 to 20 students (45 minutes)
Parties: Special evening practice with teachers and
students (1 hour)
Semi-Private: Special semi-private group sessions with
an instructor and a group of friends. (Schedule this class
at your convenience.)
How much do lessons cost?
An Introductory Special is available to first-time students.
$75 gets you two 45-minute private lessons. There are a variety
of programs available after the Introductory Special.
Do I need a partner?
No. We teach singles or couples.
What dances can or should I learn?
You can learn all of the dances. They include Foxtrot, Waltz,
Tango, Rumba, Cha Cha, Swing(s), Salsa, Country, Line Dances,
Argentine Tango, Samba, Mambo, Merengue, Viennese Waltz, Bolero,
Quickstep, and Peabody. (That's a lot, huh?!) We recommend
you start with 4-5 dances. You can always add more later.
Do I need to know how to dance already?
Prior experience is great, but we specialize in teaching
beginners.
How long will it take me to learn how to dance?
Everyone learns at a different pace. When you try our Introductory
Special, we can recommend a program suited to your needs.
Do you teach competition dancing?
We teach from beginning social to competition and exhibition
dancing. Amateurs to the top professional levels!
Do I have to sign a contract?
No contracts are necessary. You may pay for lessons as you
go if you wish.

What are your hours of operation?
We are open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Friday.
We do have some Saturday appointments available.
Where can I go dancing? Practice?
Our active students may practice during studio hours free
of charge. We also offer dancing open to the public on Friday
and Saturday evenings starting at 8 p.m.
Do I need special shoes? Clothing?
Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. No special shoes
are required. If you stick with it, there are shoes that are
just for dancing.
How often should I take a lesson?
Our students average one to two times per week for their
private lessons.
